Installation of new sod, with a new brick paving stone patio to sit and enjoy the yard.
This yard was completely water logged, without enough drainage, as you can see by the closeup. The yard was torn up, new drainage put in, a new fence put up, and nice new turf laid down. As you can see; I also put in a new flower garden area, and removed some unwanted trees and shrubs.
